So I keep good higene and every thing and have friends but their not the people I really want to be friends with or people I used to be friends with. At the start of the year I was 178 but I've have been sticking to my news resloution and been loseing weith so now I am 165. I am a freshman and am 5'8 feet tall. But I'm wondering if people will like me any better being more in shape than I am now. HELP HELP PLEASE!

Your over reacting, I think that people will like you the way you are, and if I may I'll put this in a religious perspective- God made you the way you are now and if he didn't have you in that situation then there would be no point for you to be there so I really think that you should be happy with what you have, and the people you can share it with.and just because you think that if you lose weight you'll be popular, then maybe you justneed to show people your fun side and people with maybe treat you with more respect, and you might get the popularity you wanted

People will like you because you are kind and helpful and honest and sincere. During the teen years, looks seem to be what's important, but that's very superficial. Most teens eventually grow up emotionally and figure out what's REALLY important.

Like Fr_Chuck is fond of saying, sit at the entrance to a Walmart or a grocery store or a Target or a library and look at the people walking past you. Notice how many look like they should be in Hollywood. Be sure to tell me if you saw one like that.

The US has a horrible problem with obesity, so I congratulate you on doing your best to eat healthful foods. Do lots of walking too--take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator, park at the back of a mall lot and walk, walk, walk!!

It's Not That People Will Like You More. There's Nice People That Are Fat. But... I'm Sure You'll Get More Chances Of Getting A Girlfriend Or Boyfriend, If You Don't Already Have One. I'm Not Sure If You're A Guy Or Girl, That's Why I Mentioned Both. Good Luck.
