My period was a month late, I was sick in between and had a lot of stress going on so I wasn't surprised it was that late. I did get very bloated a couple of days before I got it which is kind of normal but it seemed excessive. Now my period has been over for about 3 days and I still feel a little bloated and just this tight feeling in my lower abdomen. Is this normal considering I had such an irregular period or should I see a doctor? I am a virgin and have only been to the gynecologist once and it was awful I cried actually lol it was just really painful and I just don't want to go back back there for awhie.
