Hello guys

Is anyone aware if HT-R 3009 riding mowers have a fuel safety cut off switch when going up on a grade higher then 10% (maximum grade allowed), if yes where is it located?

Also , I have poor traction on mud and wet grass (though ther's still plenty of thread left on the tires), is there a replacement tire that would perform better on mud? Thank you
