The painting is a oil painting of 2 owls, it looks like an older painting. I seen a Jacob Collins painting with signature and it kind of looks like his but I am not sure. My dad gave me this picture a couple years ago. I live in Louisiana and he lives in Michigan. I tried to add a picture but I can't get it to upload.
