I am 20 and I've been on ortho tricyclen lo for 13 months. The beginning of my last period was on December 27th and I hardly ever miss pills but when I do its by an hour or so, not a day. Yesterday was one of those days that I accidentally missed a pill by an hour, and this morning, for the first time, the condom broke. (I always use condoms along with my birth control to assure that a pregnancy won't occur.) Could I become pregnant?
