I am an 18 year old male who within the past 4 months, I have been having trouble orgasming like I used to. It doesn't feel as good, it's hard to finish, and when I do finish, I produce a lot less than I normally have in the past, sometimes it's even dry orgasms. I have been taking the medicine Focalin for about a year now, but have tried Trazadone and Zolpidem for sleep. To make sure it wasn't side affects, I've been off all medicine for a good month.
