Hi I am having all the following symptoms and its been 2 weeks since I think I conceived;
-cramping
-bloated
-tired
-moody
-bad discharge with lite blood
-nausea
-dizzy
-sinuses
-headaches
Can I be pregnant? And can I tell after just 2 weeks?
