When my eclipse mp3 player is plugged into the desktop it shows all the files on it. As soon as I unplug it, the only thing it will show is the main menu screen. I have tried clicking on all the files on the menu screen but it takes you straight back to the menu screen. Like I said, its not mine so I have no dirrections for it and no idea what to do with it now. I am trying to fix it for a friend of mine, she has a serious illness and loves music so please help me!
