I went to the health clinic they told me I was 3 months and 3 days but when I went to the doctors for an ultrasound they told me I was only 6 weeks and they couldn't hear a heartbeat nor movement the doctor told me I had a miscarriage but I haven't had any blood the last two months nor cramping could this mean the baby is still alive?

I would first of all have another pregnancy test done. And how in the heck would you the doctor say you're 6 weeks and then turn around and say you had a miscarriage? I don't understand that at all. I would see a different doctor. Also, legit doctors won't give you free advice on a board like this one, because it puts them under risk for malpractice.
