Hey last 2 weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant I went to the clinic to take a test and it was possitive so she gaved me an appt. To go have an ultrasound on tues on the 17th. But I can't wait for it any longer I just woke up this morning not feeling anymore symptoms I'm scared that I might've had a missed miscarriege I didn't had any gushing bloods or anything I just stopped having symptoms except my boobs are still a little bit sore but other than that I don't feel anything anymore I don't have anymore on and off cramps. Although I wasn't really having no symptoms all I had was a really really sore breast and on and off cramps and yesterday I just didn't feel like eating my whole plate or else I'll feel like I want to throw up. But now I don't feel anymore of my symptoms. Pla help me I'm so scared please. And also is it possible that if I take another pregnant. Test will it still indicate that I'm pregnant because right now I can't do anythn bt wait for that appt. I just want to know if there's a way I'll find out that my baby is still in my stomach by the way I'm 7 weeks and 3 days. So if I get a pregnancy test and I'm still pregnant would the test still be possitive?

Many women have no signs of being pregnant, esp very very early in the pregnancy. So not having any physical outward signs mean nothing really.

Hi,I'm sure you still pregnant and there is nothing wrong with you and your Baby.With my first kid I had same fears and there was so many feeling I experience,symptoms can appear and disappear,that is all to do with hormones and that's only normal,if you don't bleed and don't have pain in lover stomach and cramps then there is no reason of thinking that you had miscarriage.Please stress less and bee positive,that's best thing to do till you get your scan.
You still have very little time and first 3 month you will adapt to your feelings and your pregnancy,your skin will bee more sensitive,your appetite will bee up and down,your mood will change,you will see everything I n different "colors",your breast will bee more and then less sensitive,that's all 100%normal.
With doing another test you will just stress yourself more,because test will show you pregnant anyway,because of hormones will bee in your system even after some days you if you had miscarriage.
If you didn't have bleeding didn't have pain there is no reason to stress,your symptoms of morning sickness and feeling pregnant have nothing to do with miscarriage,symptoms will come and go.
My advice not to stress,because there is no reason for miscarriage and bee patience till you see your scan.
Just sleep,eat,bee happy,positive,don't carry heavy things you still have long time to go you need to bee ready for many not experienced feelings.
