My baby almost 3 years .but he doesn't talk .only talk maam.

Not unusual for your three year old boy not talking. Every child learns at their own pace, girl babies are quicker on fhe uptake. Just keep talking to him, but not baby talk, real words.

Have you had his hearing checked?

Does he have siblings? Often small children don't speak because they have siblings who do it for them, so they just not worry about it :P

Does he say ANYTHING? Baby talk? Any sounds? Simple words? Does he respond to his name or a sudden noise?
