    Revoke settlement deed
Our house was purchased by my grandfather's brother.
The property partitioned equal portion e.g. 1000 sqft each among my grand father and his brother through partitioned deed it mentioned the property being purchased by in and out of their family funds.

My grand father having 4 sons & 3 daughters all the sons are living in separate portion in the same property. My grand father execute settlement deed to their first son only.

There was no rights to other 6 persons.

We have any way to revoke the settlement deed. Please help to advice the same.

First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Your post raises several other questions that need to be clarified. When the property was purchased by your great uncle, how was it titled? When the partitions were made, were new deeds made creating new lots or did there continue to be a single deed? You mention a partitioned deed. When a property is subdivided, generally new deeds are issued for each subdivision.

The settlement deed you refer to what property is that for? Is it for the property your grand uncle purchased? Or for one or more of the subdivisions or what?
