I am 39 years old, had a tubal ligation @ 34 years of age. I only have left tube & ovary. Right tube & ovary removed @ 23 years of age due to endometriosis they were no longer functioning. When I had endo. I went a year without a period and lots of cramps (it took a year to find Dr. To correctly diagnose). In my teens, I had ovarian cysts the size of baseball, with it I would have periods lasting two weeks or have periods every two weeks. My cycles remain consistent. However, I have had brown discharge and cramps for two weeks. They seem to be getting worse the 5-7 days. I am 8 days away from starting period. The cramps with my periods began getting worse about 5 months ago. I go to gynecologist in 40 days. However, with things getting worse, I'm getting frustrated and ibuprofen sometimes isn't enough What can be causing these problems? Thank you in advance.
