Filing with no income but children
How do I file taxes without having any income and being a full-time student in college? I have 2 babies. A 2 year old and a 5 month old

If you have no income, you are not required to file a return. Without a tax liability you would not get the child tax credit. To be eligible for the additional child tax credit you need to have earned income

Do you receive ALIMONY, which IS taxable?

Child support, on the other hand, is neither taxable to the recipient nor tax deductible to the payor.
