Do you want software to generate the terms of a contract? That can be very variable depending on your needs.

Any word processor can take boiler plate text and assemble it.

You need to give more details about what type of contracts.

I need it from scratch. I sent the company a proposal and they asked for a contract. I need it to include the services, the amount of days, the price and the time frame for payment and also the general information of location and general liability insurance.

Then list the services and the fees. Finally, include a paragraph about you firm, locatikn, licenses, insurance etc.
