W2's must be sent out by the end of January.

Unemployment insurance sends a 1099, not a W2, but the reporting requirement is the same, by Jan 31st.

You must receive a 1099G from your State before 02/15/12, it must be mailed by 0/31/2012. If they have the right Address.
