Hello , I came here (USA) 2007 on f-1 visa , I did go to school for only one month . My visa and passport expired , I renewed my passport , I got married from us citizen 2010 , been married for more than 1 year . I filled out form I-130 and received i797c notice of action . My question is : can I send my i485 package or I have to wait for the approval ? Is there any fees for i131 and i765 ? My wife s currently unemployed she has been unemployed since even before we got married but Still getting unemployment is that considered as an income when filling i864 , on2010 her income from the employment was $21000 . Me I started myself -employment work on may 2010 and want to file sme taxes this year can my income help if hers I. Not enough?
