E mail will go on spam and people don't have time to read spam. What are making and find out who can be your buyer, from whom they are currantly buying and why, how you can give better and cheaper stuff to them. If one place you will go wrong you will out. I am buisnedd owner and that how I deal from whom I buy. Product should be such a way that you generated it otherwise some one will sue you.
