If you've had sex, it's possible yes. Have you been stressed or anything lately though? If so that could cause the date of your period to change, you can even have more than one a month because of various reasons.

If you feel there is a chance for pregnancy, try a pregnancy test... making sure that you follow the directions carefully.

Could just be an off cycle, as ValerieAnne stated, and it will show up several days late. It happens sometimes. However, many women do feel as though they are about to start their period in early pregnancy so it would be wise to check.

Cycles are often off and more often you will just be late.

But you can take a HPT to determine if you are.

I took pregnancy test 1 week ago & it was negative & still waiting for my period. & no I haven't been stress or nothing like that. My friends said its just lack of exercises so I started doing exercises and still nothing.

Again, it may just be an off cycle. Either try another test, or wait until your period would be due next month and see what happens at that time.

Exercise may effect cycles when someone is working out a great deal, for example, some marathon runners will notice periods become irregular if they have frequent and extended trainings. However, a lack of exercise is not usually a reason for a period not showing up.
