Neither will effect the results of a pregnancy test. The pregnancy test is picking up hcg, a hormone associated with pregnancy. If there is an ample amount of hcg in the urine, it will show up on the pregnancy test (different test brands will vary in their sensitivity). An infection would not effect the hcg.
