    Plan B
I had unprotected sex 3 days before ovulation, and he ejaculated inside of me. I then took the emergency contraception (levonorgestrel). That is the generic brand of plan b, it came with two pills, 75mg a piece. Well I took one 13 hours later after my sexual encounter, but never took the second. What are my odds of becoming pregnant? Also how can this effect my ovulation by only taking one, when you're suppose to take both pills?

    Hi love0912,

Without the second pill, the chance of pregnancy obviously increases. Pregnancy will always be a possibility if you have sex, even if you took the levonorgestrel as directed.

You will have to wait and see what happens when your next period is due. You may, or may not, have an off cycle simply due to the levonorgestrel.

Most likely you won't be pregnant simply because the odds are not very high even when someone is trying to become pregnant for it to happen in just one month.

Since you don't want to be pregnant, be sure to use two forms of birth control if you decide to continue to have sex.
