Late 90's, early 2000's computer movie
When I was younger I remember watching a movie that for the life of me I can't remember...
It was something about building a computer that was under a budget of $100, a team of men were building it. The most of character I can remember is there was a blonde actor who was a germaphobe, and washed down everything and always had hand sanitizer. The result was a box looking computer and the desktop and everything else would come up in a 3D looking futuristic format from the box. I really hope someone knows what the heck I'm talking about
