You can, however, they will want to use your insurance and your parents can find out through insurance billings if you don't want them to know. I found a local pregnancy clinic when I was 16 and went through them. The visit was free, the staff was really nice, my parents didn't have to know and the birth control was also free! They were also careful to ensure they did everything they could to keep my parents from knowing. (didn't send me mail or call my house). However, if you are trying to keep you parents from knowing you are sexually active, you will need to think about what they need to know in an emergency. Someone needs to be able to tell a dr what form of birth control you are using if you are unable to do so.
Good for you for thinking ahead on the birth control! That is a really responsible thing to do. Best of luck!
