How to start a honda civic car its not crankling when I turn the ignition key is there any other remote immobilising options ? How to deactivate it

Is it standard? What year is it?

I would check for Voltage on a #10 wire Black/white or yellow at the back of the ignition switch(remove bottom plastic cover), or on the plug above the fuse panel, if nothing, it is likely the switch. '99 had a recall on their ignition switches.
