If I am on felony probation for embezzelment and have paid most of my money and completed 1/2 of comm. Service is completed and I get charged of misdemeanor larceny will I go to jail?

More than likely yes. That vilating probation while on felony probation. But then again it depends on judge and your officer. They could just add more time to probation
