I just have a question someone I know is in jail because someone called his probation officer and made false allogations on him and now he is in jail over hear say is that legal? And he had urine in his pocket is that also illigal?

It would appear that the PO had a reason to believe what was called in.

Next if the person was going in to see the PO ( where he had to do a urine test) and had urine in his pocket, it is obvious what he was planning)

If the urine was in his pocket at the PO, he can be revoked just for that.
