My unaltered boxer who is 4 years old recently began peeing on everything from furniture to clothing in the past week. I recently noticed other behavior problems such as more cuddling and him being more protective of me than normal. I want to say he's very clingy now. I would have the vet run a test for any possible urinary infection and, unless you are a breeder, I'd suggest you consider neutering him. Until this is resolved you need to treat him like a untrained pup and crate him. I don't think this is a situation of retraining him since he was previously house trained, they don't just forget that, something triggered this behavior.
