I had a wreck yesterday. I was hit from behind my passenger and her baby and myself was injured. I do not have insurance or license. The driver has insurance. Will my car and doctor bills be covered?

If it was totally his fault and rear end collisions usually are the fault of the one who rear ends you, then his liability coverage should pay your claims up to the limits of his policy.
Where? If you are in a no-fault State YOUR insurance pays YOUR medical bills AND your passengers' medical bills.
The damage to the car SHOULD be paid by "him" and the medical bills MIGHT be paid by "him," but, again, it depends on the State. If you are in a no-fault State you would file through the Uninsured Motorist Insurance unit of the State.
