    I thought I had a yeast infection and I use monistat and anti-itch cream but I had a reverse reaction to the anti-itch cream as itching and burning has worsen and now delvelop like a rash like in my vulvar area and I can not go urinate because its extreme painful and burning

    There are no gyns on this site, but many can answer your question. You really do need to see your doctor for a check of what the irritation is caused by. What you thought may have been a yeast infection may not have been. If it wasn't, chances are the monistat was not useful and obviously the problem has worsened.

    Best to have it checked so that you can be assured of proper treatment. We can not diagnose online as it would require some testing to determine the exact cause.
