I have lived and gave birth out of wedlock. We have 2 children together. About 9 months ago we argued and he desires to leave. Leaving me with all the bills and cleaned out our joint acct. I heard he live ib new York and I have filed for child support. He us hiding so he won't get served with papers to go to court. It's been long enough and our kids are small so it's hard to support them on my own. Can I file for abandmont and how please I need help.
