My wife was permanently banned, we got married after she was banned in Dubai, if I sponsor her can I bring her back.

No... a permanent ban is a permanent ban... you can't sponsor someone they won't let in...

I actually called a lady in immigration and she said she can enter if she has a sponsor visa(wife visa), her offense was working on a visit visa, she was sentenced and deported (eye scan and prints)

Well, if that's what their immigration office says... then that's what you have to believe.

I guess the reason WHY she was banned and deported was less serious to them.

I would make sure everything you do is in writing and you keep copies... the chance for something to go wrong is great and being able to prove everything will be best for you and her.
