I live in America and I am engaged to a wonderful man in Egypt is there a way to marry over web cam so he can come to me and we can have a proper wedding with me and my family. I mean he has all the papers approved but can't seem to get here I love him and want to be with him as soon as possible is there any way with the right officials and all

Marry over heart . If your heart shows too much affection on him then not by anyone else in this world and his affection is also the same like what your heart feels then Nation , countries , continents , seas, oceans nothing a boundary for your love. Go ahead don't care go straight to him and marry him straight nothing is a boundary and no formalties for loving one human and marrying one human .

Legal? I would say what are the reasons he can not get over here?
1. how long have you talked to him?
2. how many times in real life have you to meet?
3. what is the reason he can't come?

If you have never actually meet him, if you have just talked to him over the internet or web cam. Have you, and I hate to ask, sent him a lot of money to help him get passport, visa and the such?

The issue is not the wedding, but getting the marriage license which in the US requires both parties to apply in person at the court house.
