I had 2 tablets of Noblok which has Phenylephrine HCL 10 mg and later came across articles which said that, this particular drug is known to cause false positives.

I am up for a drug test in 2 or 3 months... I am not sure if it would be a hair test/ urine test.

In any case, would it negatively impact the result of my drug test.

Please help!
