I'm 21 in school currently unemployed my baby is five months old. I'm still living with him because he says if I leave he'll take my daughter from me. His friends are some of the custody judges where we live, and I'm scared that they'll give him my daughter. Were not married or anything and were not a couple either, I'm just scared he'll take get. AM I going to loose my daughter if I leave?

Any judge that is personally related to party in a legal action would need to recuse themselves from that action. But that doesn't mean that another judge wouldn't be influenced by other judges.

Generally a father would have to prove the mother unfit to gain full custody. But if he has influence with the courts (and do you know this for a fact?) it could go against you.

My advice would be to get a good lawyer as your advocate.
