In past times, taking full responsibility when you got a girl pregnant did mean marriage. That's no longer the case. But it does mean that you support the child financially and be there when the child needs a father.

Take responsibility of the kid. Do not marry her if you are not wanting to spend the rest of your life with her. You can be a father from afar, there is no need to marry her if you do not love her, and what her parents think does not matter, this is your life.
