Whin I turn on hot water it leaks at steem. It also leaks at hot water steem whin I turn on the cold water. And when I use diverter to shower. I replaced the hot and cold steems and diverter strrm. It still. I used the Danco parts.

I disagree with trachsel. This sounds like a simple repair. No plumber needed here.
On the upper part of the stem you'll se a nut,(see image) this is the bonnet packing nut.
Turn on the hot water until the stem starts to leak. Now slowly start to tighten the packing nut until the leak stops. STOP! Do not over tighten. Did that fix your leak? Good luck, TRom
