I had a period on December 23, 2010 and again on Jan. 5, 2012. Is this normal. It never happened before. I am 32 years old.

It's not the norm, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. May just be an off cycle. Were both periods like normal ones for you in terms of duration and amount of discharge? Any changes recently... unusual stress, hormonal birth control, illness, new medication?

See what happens when you would expect your next period. It may have just been a fluke.

If your periods continue to be off from your norm, see your gyn for a check. While 32 would be pretty young for something like perimenopause, it can happen.
