My daughter was found dead after missing for 3 days her body washed up in the Gulf in Hudson, Fl,the man she was with just left her their and never reported it.. They took DNA from both of them,but never sent them to the Lab as her her mother,I want those tests done.
I need closure the Detective says it's not necessary cause she drowned.. Can I get a court order to have this done..

You can TRY to get a Court Order but it's almost impossible unless you have compelling evidence. Hire an Attorney, get the blood samples, pay for your own testing - that same scenario is happening in NY State right now. Mother doesn't believe the cause of death and has hired an Attorney, a private testing lab and a coroner to review the autopsy.

If the cause of death is drowning she has water in her lungs, something that doesn't happen after death. What is your concern?
