Hey, I got my two ears pierced on the cartilage(helix) about 2 weeks ago and one of them just started hurting a lot, it randomly starts hurting at any time for the past 2 days. I don't know if there is anything wrong? The area does not hurt.. Its just when I leave my piercing alone; it starts hurting at a random time. That's the only problem I have.. I've been keeping it clean and taking care of it but... should I be worried? Is there anything wrong? :$ please helpp :( !

I also had my cartilage pierced on both sides at the same time. One side did great, the other side always just ached and hurt. It turns out, that is the side I sleep on and the constant pressure on my ear by my head and rubbing it on my pillow just kept irritating it. It may or may not be the problem with yours. I ended up just taking mine out on that side.
If there is any redness or swelling or heat the piercing location, it could be an infection. If that is the case, you may want to head to your dr for some antibiotics and keep the area clean with either a piercing solution or rubbing alcohol.

It might be just sore I don't thing any thing is wrong. But if it gets worse get it looked at.
