He will raise fhe baby himself "with his wife's permission" who just happens to know he is having an affair, for this purpose.

Ask him why he cheats if he "loves" his wife and kid

If he is happily married why is he cheating. I do know some couples that allow affairs for various reasons. As long as his wife is OK with the affair, while I have moral issues personally some do this. But his wife has to be aware and approve.

As for as the baby, that is an entire legal issue to custody, adoption perhaps, child support and more
