Out of status F1 student for 2 years
I have been out of status for almost 2 years now. But my visa is still valid(it expires on Dec 2012). About 6 months ago I married my boyfriend of 9 years. But the problem is he only has a green card, which he's had for over 25 years. He wanted to apply for citizenship to help me file my papers, But we found out he can't because he left the US army soon after finishing his training. I really really want to finish my Bachelors and probably my Masters too. I would really appreciate your answers... Please please help me out!

Your visa became invalid when you left school.

Hate to tell you, but you should have thought of that before you left school and invalidated your status... the school was legally required to tell them when you failed to meet the minimum requirements.

The only way you MIGHT get another student visa is leave the country and reapply before they relize there is an issue.

Adn if you are here illegally... its going to be VERY difficult for him to sponsor you.
