I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 29th of December, then again early like 6 a.m on the 30th I normally start my period the beginning of every month like around the 5th or 6th.. Problem is I haven't started yet, so I took a home first response home pregnancy test.. Was it too early to take one? I can't really tell whaat it looks like, but maybe if I explain someone can help me out. It looks like it is two lines cause one you can see very well an the other looks like there was a line trying to appear.. I can see it but not very well. Can someone please tell me what this means? Nobody knows I took this pregnancy test.

You were trying to get pregnant obviously. But its too early to know for sure... with a test.

Did it sound like I am trying to get pregnant mybad if it did. Im not trying too.. but when is it not to early to take one? I didn't mention that I was having sex constantly with boyfriend that whole month..

Having unprotected sex ONCE... is trying to get pregnant. You had it TWICE. Your words, not mine.

You have to wait about a month to get a really accurate test result. Its way too early.

Your right. Soo should I wait it out to see if I start my period.. if not should I take another test ?

If you are having sex without protection, you are trying to get pregnant, since your actions prove your desire.

Each test has different ways of reading it, you have to read the instructions with the test. You are to use the first urine of the morning.

Some tests, yes two lines means you are pregnant.

It could be a little early to test but you can try, if you show negative, retest in about 2 week.

Its been barely a week... give it at least a couple more weeks and retest. Do it too early and you might get a false negative.

See the thing is I took one and it showed two lines, one not so visible and not as red (as you read above) my mom said it looked like I was gaining weight along with acting weird and mu eating habbits it got me thinking so I took a test. Thank you for your answers they're greatly appreciated and grateful!

At a couple of weeks, there is no real way to notice, weight gain would not be noticed, ( perhaps you ate too much over the holidays and gained weight)

You should really have no symptoms at this early level.

Its been a week since you had sex... fertilization and implantation could have taken a few days, which means even if you are it might be much less than a week... too early to get a valid test result.
