Can a manager gave personal info about a empolyee to a police officer
I was falsely accuse of a crime that I didn't do. When the police was looking for me. They when to my manager for my full name & cell number. The police office have no warrant. When I ask my manager if she talked to a police & she told me no. The next I went to the officer & I ask how he retain my name & cell number. He told me that my manager gave him my personal inforamation. I don't if it was over the phone or a visit but I feel my 4th amendment was abuse

Your name and phone number are not personal information. While your employer would have been within their rights to require a warrant, they violated no law (nor the 4th Amendment) by providing the information. The police officer was simply looking for a way to contact you. Giving a point of contact is not providing any evidence that could be used against you, hence no 4th amendment issue.
