Ok, so yeah. There's this guy I like at work. Liked him for a while now. I don't really know much about this kind of stuff, but he flirts with every single girl. The last time we worked together, he said "I can't wait until you're 21 so we can go drinking together." He also said that once he fixes his new car, he asked if I wanted to go drifting with him. He did it in kind of a casual way, kind of with a friendly laugh. Then he asked if I ever went drifting. It is a weird situation. Very weird. I don't know what to do. P.S. I asked him out before but he didn't show up because he overslept. Also, he high fives me like every time we work together. Is this a way of flirting?

His behavior seems to be indicating that you're just a friend to him. He stood you up for 'oversleeping' and that just shows he's not taking you seriously. Its just a joke to him. If he is interested in you he needs to step up his game.
I can also advice you that dating someone from work isn't such a great idea. He probably tells all the girls at the office the same things he tells you.
