    The school lost my phones?
    >>>> MY ENGLISH NOT GOOD, MAYBE SOME SENTENCE DOESN'T MAKE SENSE, BUT I WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN AS Clear AS I CAN, BECAUSE I REALLY NEED HELP<<<<

This was happen in the year 11 mock exam...
Before we go into the gym to do the mock exam,
    The school told us...
If we had phone on us, we can give to them let then keep it for you, that is more safety then you keep it by your own...
Because we're not allow to bring our bag with us to the exam place...
There might be someone go in and stole your stuff...
So I give my phones to the school let then keep it for me and they give me a number card when the exam finish I can got my phones in the number bag...
When the exam nearly finish, I pick up my stuff and hold my number card and waiting the teacher to call my sat line leaving...
But during that time, a teacher came in, and start speaking... because the teacher was stand at the back, so I need to turn around so I can hear what she saying...
So I put down my stuff and trun around to listen to the teacher...
When I trun back... my number card was gone... I thought I dorp in the floor... but I couldn't find it...
When I guess some one took it...
    I told the teacher...
But she wasn't really listening to me...
I'm in the last two sat line...
Then I went out the gym... go to the teacher told her there some one stole my number card in the gym...
    But its too late...
Some one already took my phones...
I was so upset and crying...
Then the school said they will do something...
Then they told me that they had check the CCTV , but there were too many people, so they can't find out who they give to... I was think they don't even know how my phones look like how can they just say there were too many people and they can't find out who they give to...
But after that day, is the holiday start... what they can do?
The person woh stole my phones might be sold them already
And when I back to the school, they just told me their so sorrry about my phones get stole...
But they acting like it wasn't their faule... they said it was my faule to bring two phones to school...
I know is my faule, but it's the school faule as well...
But they acting everything is my faule , so they can not pay for that...
But I'm not that only one who bring two phones to school...
And I have ask them for checkingnthe CCTV, but they never show it to me...
The school told me go to the police station... I did... but the police told me if the school can't find it out who stole it... then they couldn't do anything to me...
My mum and dad get so piss to me...
And their not happy with the school acting like it wasn't their faule...
And my dad wants to post this thing in the kilburn times...
    What I can do now!
    What I should to now?

Hello Ting_ting_w. Sorry to hear about your phones being stolen, but I do not believe the school is to blame at all. Someone stole your number card, which would be similar to someone stealing a key to a locker - you can't blame the locker manager if someone steals your key and gets into your locker. It would be nice if the CCTV could help identify the culprit, but if it can't then there really isn't much you can do except take this as a learning experience. Leaving your number card on the table is like leaving cash on the table - you must expect that leaving something valuable out like that could attract thieves.

Yes, the school is not responsible, you laid your card down, and because of your carelessness someone took it and took your phone.

So you are just out the phone and need to learn to protect your property better.

You wrote: "so i put down my stuff and trun around to listen to the teacher...when i trun back...my number card was gone."

You turned your back on your stuff and on your number card. Anyone could have grabbed it while you were otherwise busy. You should have kept your hand on it or held your stuff on your lap or in your arms so no one could steal it.

The school is not at fault.

Whatever you do make sure you contact your service provider and put a 'stop' on your phone. If you don't have a key pad lock then anyone can run up a huge bill at your expense.
