My 12.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine, Model: 289707, Type: 0154 01, Code: 9302184D has suddenly quit responding to throttle position and will "run away" (run at full throttle regardless of throttle position) when started. Is there an internal governor that may have failed and, if so, how difficult is it to find and replace?
