I recently discovered that my vulva vestibule(the thin canal between urethra and vagina) has become flourescently pale and alarmingly swollen. It however does not hurt or itch. In addition, there are also cysts like non-circular bumps with white heads on areas near my clittoris, and just upon the labia majora.

I have never had intercourse but have recently begun other sexual activities with my partner. However, we always use a condom. Is it possible that this is a bacterial infection? Or somehow caused by the rubbing of condom next to my skin? In the case of infection, would I need to take antibiotics after visiting a gynecologist?

I am based in HK currently so any insights on medical advice here would be much appreciated.

Without a Physician actually examining you anything is a guess.

It could be an infection, it could be an irritation, it could be Herpes.

Only a Physician knows if antibiotics are needed.

This could simply be an infection from bacteria or it could be that you are alergic to the condom causing a reaction to your skin. It could also he herpes which is an STD that flares up from time to time and can not be cured. I recommend seeking medical assistance to find out the exact cause. Not seeking medical help could allow the affected area to get worse or could cause your partner to have similar issues if he doesn't already.

Of course how you can see this is a whole other question, but yes, it can be minor from an allergic reaction to the condom, to a serious STD from other things you did.
And a infection that can cause more harm if not treated.
