If you don't trust him there's your first issue but if it bothers you that much maybe talk to him about it.. He could just be a friendly guy, but if he really loves you then you have no need to worry.

How old are you guys? How long have you known him for? Does he know how you feel about him?

Tell him how you feel and if it doesn't stop break it off
