I recently was notified by my university that I'm required to do a Vulnerable Sector Screening police check for my clinical practicum this summer in a hospital. However, I've been arrested for theft under 5000, and have received diversion around half a year ago. Though this isn't a conviction, many are telling me that it will affect my screening, and it will show up. Is this true? Does anyone know what will show up on the screening?
