Can there be an order between the kids and him, I recently found out he was abusive with my 14 year old daughter, can I get a restraining order against him and get custody of her back, is there any kind of emergency order I can get to get her out of his house immediately

He's entitled to his day in court... and only a court can do this... a court issued the custody order, only a court can change or revoke it.

Of course... be careful before lodging a complaint... slander and defamation charge could be filed in retaliation if this is not done in good faith as to the validity of the charge. Particularly in a nasty divorce its not unheard of.
